A-Best: These ppl are sooo tricky. i hate it i was so mad when it happened to me. The lady who said that there were 2 products that worked well together may have been right but every website i went to had two different companies. I ordered from idolwhite and all day bright. They charged me 100 each and i was like wtH???so i called both and they were pretty easy. They refunded my money right away. I would think that they have so many ppl who call in that they just refund the money and i bet they have so many ppl who also dont realiz the charge so they get their money from that.
I would try calling them and talking to them and then if that doesnt work, call your credit card company and tell them that you signed up for a trial and they charged the whole amt. Your credit card company will def. be on your side and dazzlewhite wont have time to deal with a dispute. But make sure you try calling the company first because they may just simply refund it for you.
Also, make sure you also cancel, call them and they usuallly make you go thru more trouble to call a cancellation number and then you have to sit and wait forever on the phone but dont give up and then they should simply cancel it. Make sure to ask for a confirmation number or a confirmation email.
