A-Best: Depending on how tall you are... you need to take a look at your eating habits, how active you are, and your exercise (if any). Take a look at these things, if there is something you can fix, fix it. I would say too, eating less isn't necessarily the best way to go either, you have to eat small meal 6-8, to boost your metabolism. Lots of veggies, chicken, whole grain- stay away from salt, and chips, junk food- you get the idea. Also drink like 90 oz of water a day- no soda- beware of juices, etc. because they are extra calories (besides whatever you eat). Hope I helped some!
